Practice Manager

Brighton & Hove Adoption Service has a reputation for high standards and innovative practice.

You will join an established and respected team responsible for the full range of adoption related work. Your lead responsibility will be adopter recruitment and as part of this you will manage the Adoption Duty service but will supervise staff undertaking all aspects of adoption work including adopter preparation, assessment and supervision, family finding, adoption support assessment and support.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of permanence planning who has the energy and drive to ensure our children are successfully placed with adoptive families in a timely way.
