Families for Children Adoption Agency has a vacancy for a qualified, experienced full-time social workers to find families who will provide a safe and loving home for children from Local Authority care, based either in Buckfast, Devon or home-based in Cornwall.

We are looking for a creative, committed and energetic candidate to join our already highly experienced and motivated team of social workers.

The post will concentrate on the assessment and preparation of adoptive parents, matching them with children, and providing high quality support after placement.

You will need to demonstrate good communication skills, be diplomatic, empathetic and show sensitivity in all aspects of the role. Post qualifying experience is essential.
