Remember us in your Will
Legacies enable us to plan for the long term needs of children who cannot live with their birth families.
A Will is your gift to the people and causes that were important to you during your lifetime. It is also the only way to make sure that your wishes are carried out after your death, yet two-thirds of the population still fail to make a Will.
Without a valid Will, it is possible that your entire estate could go to the Crown. Even if you are married, living with a partner or have children, it is wrong to assume that they will automatically receive your estate should you die.
Once you have provided for your loved ones, remembering BAAF in your Will is an excellent way to support our work for vulnerable children. Because charitable legacies are exempt from Inheritance Tax, all of your gift will go to giving children the chance of finding a permanent, loving family.
I heard about BAAF's work and can see that it really does change lives for the better. But caring for children doesn't stop when they get a new family. As a parent myself, I know it's a lifelong commitment. I hope my donation can help BAAF to make that commitment for many more children.
